Does TextsBert™ submit forms for me?
No. TextsBert™ fills fields only — you click submit.
What does “Fill‑only” mean?
It writes values into fields, but it never submits forms for you. You stay in control.
Does my data leave my device?
The core runs locally. Nothing is sent to our servers during filling.
Does it work offline?
Yes — the core fill works offline. Account & billing features require an internet connection.
Is it multilingual?
Yes. EN · DE · FR. It’s real understanding and field mapping — not auto-translation.
What does “Validation” mean in TextsBert?
Validation means strict parsing and mapping warnings (format, completeness, plausibility). It is not an online or official verification of correctness.
What are Profiles?
Profiles are reusable sets of values (e.g., company details). Switch profiles to fill different forms in seconds.
What are Snippets?
Snippets are reusable text blocks you can insert or use for filling (e.g., address blocks, signature lines, boilerplate data).
What documents are supported?
Pro can fill supported document formats (e.g., PDF, Excel, HTML, CSV). Free is focused on web forms.
How many devices can I use?
Free supports 1 device. Pro supports add‑on devices (+€1.99 per device) and—optionally—sync across devices/teams via encrypted workspaces (E2EE). Manual export/import is always available in Settings.
What are Workspaces?
Workspaces are optional team spaces: invite teammates by email, assign seats, and (if you choose) sync encrypted data end-to-end (E2EE). The core autofill stays 100% local-only.
Where do I find step‑by‑step tutorials?
Open the Help page from the top navigation (Installing, Magic Fill, Profiles, Snippets, Documents, Hotkeys).
How do trial & refunds work?
Pro starts with a 14‑day trial (payment method required). Trial length and billing/refund rules are shown at checkout and described in the Terms.
