Businesses need confidence that a tool does not create privacy or compliance risk. Here is how TextsBert™ is designed.
Privacy matters in day-to-day work. Sending customer data out to third-party cloud processing can create privacy, contractual, and regulatory problems in many environments. TextsBert is built to keep core operations local on your computer and to minimize unnecessary data flows.
TextsBert is designed to support GDPR-friendly, privacy-conscious workflows: local core work, data minimization, and separate internet functions for account, billing, support, website consent, or optional Sync. Where external processing is required, we use appropriate contracts and safeguards.
TextsBert™ runs locally in your browser. During filling, form content is not automatically transmitted to our servers.
The actual work stays on the user's own machine. When approved setup or data needs to move intentionally, encrypted transfer plus manual export/import are available without turning the fill path into cloud processing.
A browser extension needs page access to fill fields. By default, TextsBert works only on the active tab ("on click"). Optionally, users can allow access on all sites for maximum reliability. You can change this anytime in Chrome.
TextsBert™ never clicks submit automatically. You stay in control and decide what is actually transmitted.
We minimize data flows: no mandatory analytics in the core flow, no tracking in the fill process, and a clear separation between your TextsBert account (login and billing) and local fill logic.
Our design aims for data minimization, purpose limitation, privacy by design, and appropriate security measures — for example as reflected in GDPR Art. 5, Art. 25, and Art. 32. Exact requirements depend on your specific use case.
Local storage and full control — deletable at any time. You can reset local extension data whenever you want.
Payments are handled by a payment provider; we do not store full card details. We send transactional emails for account and billing events (e.g., verification, subscription start/cancel, payment failed).
Note: this is not legal advice. We provide transparent product information. For specific legal requirements in your environment, consult counsel if needed.
