The daily work happens in the extension. Smart Auto Fill reuses saved details such as profiles and snippets. Magical Auto Fill works from text you choose to copy, such as an email, message, order block, or list of details.

TextsBert prepares the fill for review. It does not submit the form for you.

You save details once and reuse them across forms. Free includes unlimited Smart Auto Fill, up to 2 profiles, and up to 2 snippets.

This is meant to upgrade the browser’s native autofill into something more useful for real forms, business details, and repeated work.

You copy an email, message, block of details, or long list of information, then trigger the fill. TextsBert reads the copied text at that moment and prepares matching fields.

Free includes 5 successful Magical Auto Fill runs per day. PRO removes that daily limit.

The product features are Smart Auto Fill and Magical Auto Fill. Trigger Fill is the action you take when you want TextsBert to prepare a fill on the current page.

Free includes 1 successful PDF Auto Fill export per day and 1 successful Excel Auto Fill export per day. PRO unlocks PDF Auto Fill and Excel Auto Fill.

TextsBert does not overwrite your original file as the main idea. You review and export the result.

TextsBert may also work in other Chromium-based browsers when they support the required extension behavior, but those browsers are best-effort until they have a primary public install path.

The fill path runs locally on your device. Copied source text and visible form content are not sent to cloud AI to decide what goes where.

Internet access is used for product functions such as account, billing, plan status, optional encrypted Sync, website consent, and support actions you choose to take.

TextsBert does not upload copied emails, form content, field values, profiles, snippets, or field choices automatically for processing somewhere else.

When Sync is off, your extension data stays local.

TextsBert is not meant to sit there reading your clipboard constantly. Magical Auto Fill uses the text you copied when you decide to use TextsBert for a fill.

If you do not trigger a fill, TextsBert does not need to read clipboard text for that workflow.

Browser permission lets TextsBert inspect visible form fields and place the details you choose to use. If you restrict access too much, you may not feel the full power of the product because the extension can be blocked on the pages where you need it.

Broad browser access does not mean cloud processing. The fill path still runs locally on your device.

If you enable Sync, selected TextsBert data can be synced in encrypted form. It is designed so the synced content can only be decrypted locally through the same account password used for login.

If Sync is off, extension data stays local.

TextsBert can change through normal extension and website releases. Those releases do not use your personal form data, copied text, profiles, snippets, PDF Auto Fill content, or Excel Auto Fill content to decide fills in the cloud.

Most setup problems come from browser permissions. TextsBert needs permission to work on the websites where your forms live.

The Troubleshooting page walks through site access, pinning, Incognito, and the First Fill warm-up.

Pinning is not required for normal operation, but it makes TextsBert easier to reach and makes permission checks faster when something looks blocked.

Chrome does not show extensions in Incognito by default. Enable it only if you personally want TextsBert to work inside Incognito windows.

This is usually most visible after a fresh browser start or after TextsBert has been idle for a while.

That pause is local engine warm-up. It is not TextsBert sending your form to cloud AI.

TextsBert is built to handle many form styles, but a specific website can still use unusual field behavior or restrictions that make extension interaction harder.

When that happens, test on the practice page to separate a site-specific issue from setup or permission issues.

PRO includes unlimited Magical Auto Fill, unlimited reusable data, encrypted Sync, PDF Auto Fill, and Excel Auto Fill.

TextsBert currently has one paid plan: PRO.

Payment details are required, but no amount is charged when the trial starts.

If you cancel during the trial, you keep trial access until the trial ends and no charge happens.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a period that has already started.

The 7-day trial exists so you can decide whether PRO is useful before a paid period begins. Forgetting to cancel after the trial is not normally a refund reason.

If TextsBert grants a refund because of a confirmed billing or service-side failure, paid access may be revoked immediately.

If more people need access, additional seats must be purchased. If the account has available seats, those seats can be used where needed.

It prepares the fill. You review the fields and click Submit, Send, Export, or the final site action yourself.

TextsBert is a fill assistant. It helps prepare work faster, but the final check remains yours, especially with customer data, billing details, delivery addresses, legal forms, or sensitive records.

Do not send real customer emails, private addresses, IDs, passwords, payment details, or confidential documents unless you intentionally decide it is necessary.

A fake example, browser name, page type, and screenshot with private parts covered are usually enough.
