Clear step‑by‑step guides for installing and using TextsBert for forms, profiles, snippets, documents, and hotkeys.
- Install the extension and pin it.
- Copy your text (email, invoice, CRM, spreadsheet…).
- Open the form and use the hotkey, Quick Button, or Quick Orb.
- Optional: enable Review Mode to confirm before filling.
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing and click “Add to Chrome”.
- After installation, pin the extension (next section).
- Click the Puzzle icon (Extensions) in the top‑right.
- Click the Pin icon next to TextsBert.
- TextsBert will stay visible in the toolbar.
- Copy the text you already have (address, customer details, order lines…).
- Open the target form in your browser.
- Use your hotkey, the Quick Button, the Quick Orb, or the Fill button in the extension — TextsBert fills matching fields.
- For sensitive fields: enable Review Mode (confirm before fill).
- TextsBert never clicks submit automatically.
- Save reusable sets of values (e.g., company details, departments, branches).
- Select the right profile before filling.
- Great when you work with multiple clients or entities.
- Save reusable text blocks (signature, standard address, common fields).
- Use snippets for quick insert or as input for autofill.
- Use local backup when you want a direct recovery copy of your setup.
- Use export and import when setup needs to be moved or restored intentionally.
- Plan, devices, and billing stay in account settings.
- The actual form and PDF work stays local-only.
- In the Documents tab, choose a file (PDF, HTML, CSV, XLSX, or images for PDF conversion) — depending on your plan.
- Review, map, and fill.
- Export / download the result.
- Chrome → Settings → Extensions → Keyboard shortcuts.
- Find TextsBert and set a shortcut.
- Tip: choose a combo you don’t type into form fields.
Validation in TextsBert means strict parsing and field mapping (format checks / plausibility warnings). It is not an online or official verification of correctness.
