Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TextsBert website, account area, browser extension, Smart Auto Fill, Magical Auto Fill, PDF Auto Fill, Excel Auto Fill, Sync, billing, and related product functions.

If a checkout, account setting, or product screen shows a more specific instruction or consent, that instruction may apply to the specific action you take there.

• TextsBert is a browser extension and fill assistant.
• Smart Auto Fill reuses saved details and is free without daily usage caps. The Free plan still limits saved profiles and snippets.
• Magical Auto Fill works from copied text you choose to use and prepares a planned fill for review.
• PDF Auto Fill and Excel Auto Fill are part of the extension experience.
• Trigger Fill is the action of starting a fill; it is not a separate paid feature.

TextsBert prepares fills for review. You remain responsible for checking fields before submitting, sending, exporting, signing, or confirming anything.

TextsBert does not auto-submit forms for you. The final action stays with you.

TextsBert needs browser permissions to inspect visible form fields and place the details you choose to use. Forms live inside websites, so limited site access can limit or block the product.

If you choose not to grant broad site access, TextsBert may still work in some places, but you may not feel the full power of the product.

• The fill path runs locally on your device.
• No cloud AI is used at all for deciding what goes where.
• Copied source text and visible form content are not sent to cloud AI.
• Account, billing, support, website consent, plan status, and optional encrypted Sync are separate product functions and may require internet processing.

Free includes unlimited Smart Auto Fill, up to 2 profiles, up to 2 snippets, up to 5 successful Magical Auto Fill runs per day, 1 successful PDF Auto Fill export per day, and 1 successful Excel Auto Fill export per day.

PRO unlocks all of TextsBert beyond the Free limits, including unlimited Magical Auto Fill, unlimited reusable data, optional encrypted Sync, PDF Auto Fill for fillable PDFs, and Excel Auto Fill.

TextsBert currently has one paid plan: PRO.

PRO may start with a 7-day trial. Payment details are required, but no amount is charged when the trial starts.

If you cancel during the trial, you keep trial access until the trial ends and no charge happens.

Buying an extra device during the trial ends the trial immediately and starts paid PRO immediately.

If you buy PRO through Stripe without being logged in, the checkout email may be used to attach the subscription to an existing TextsBert account or prepare a new account for that email.

After the trial, the subscription renews according to the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled.

If you cancel after payment, PRO remains active until the end of the paid period and then does not renew.

A paid period that has already started is not automatically refunded. The trial is provided so you can decide whether PRO is useful before payment begins.

Refunds are generally not issued for forgetting to cancel, not using the product, changing your mind after the paid period begins, or similar reasons.

If TextsBert confirms a billing or service-side failure caused by us, or where mandatory law requires it, a refund may be granted. If a full refund is granted, paid access or the related extra device allowance may be revoked immediately.

For digital services and digital content, withdrawal rights may be affected when you expressly agree that access starts before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge the consequences in checkout.

TextsBert uses a required checkout consent for immediate digital access. This section does not remove rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.

Encrypted Sync is a PRO feature. It is off by default and requires intentional activation and consent.

If enabled, selected TextsBert data may be synced in encrypted form and is designed to be decrypted locally through the same account password used for login. If Sync is off, extension data remains local.

One device allowance is included per personal PRO account purchase unless additional device allowance is purchased or credited.

If a logged-in account already has PRO and tries to buy PRO again from the pricing page, TextsBert may block that duplicate main checkout and offer an extra device purchase instead.

If a Stripe checkout is completed without login and the checkout email already belongs to an account with paid PRO, TextsBert records that duplicate main checkout as one extra device allowance for that account instead of replacing the existing subscription.

Extra device allowance can come from the normal extra-device purchase path or from a duplicate main checkout that has been recorded as a device credit. These records may be shown separately in administration and billing history.

TextsBert is built to cover many forms and pages. Very rarely, a site may use unusual fields, restrictions, or extension-blocking behavior that affects filling.

We may improve TextsBert over time, but we cannot promise that every website, PDF, or field will behave perfectly.

You are responsible for what you use TextsBert for, for the data you choose to enter, copy, save, sync, export, or send, and for checking results before final actions.

You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring you have the right to process the data you use.

TextsBert, the website, product design, wording, images, code, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property rights.

TextsBert and BitPulsar are trademarks. No statement here grants rights to copy, resell, or misuse the product or brand.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by law.

Outside such cases, TextsBert is provided as a productivity tool and fill assistant. You remain responsible for review and final use.

These terms are governed by German law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

If translated versions conflict, the German version is intended to control, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
