Order processing
Move order details into browser forms faster.
Orders rarely arrive in the same shape as the form waiting for them. Copy the order email or customer note, Trigger Fill, review the prepared fields, and keep the final submit decision where it belongs: with you.

The real little headache
The order already has the data. The portal still wants it sorted by hand.
A normal order message can carry customer names, contacts, references, quantities, delivery dates, billing addresses, delivery instructions, and notes. The browser form wants all of that split into tidy fields. That is the copy-paste circus TextsBert was built to make less ridiculous.
The workflow
Copy the order. Trigger Fill. Review the form.
The goal is not blind automation. The goal is to reduce the field-by-field grind while keeping the final review visible.
01
Copy the whole order message
Use the email, ticket note, customer message, or pasted order block you already received.
02
Open the browser form
Supplier portal, internal admin screen, CRM, ERP, or customer system. If it is a browser form, this is the scene.
03
Trigger Fill
TextsBert reads the copied order details locally and prepares the matching fields.
04
Review before submit
You keep the final check. The form gets faster, not reckless.
Language note
Full order emails are strongest today in English and German.
Other languages are supported too, especially when copied order details are structured clearly. For complete, natural order emails, English and German are currently the confident lane.
Why local matters here
Order details do not need a cloud tour to become form fields.
Order messages often contain customer data, addresses, references, and operational notes. TextsBert keeps the fill path local while you work, with review visible before anything is submitted.
No cloud AI in the fill path
The fill work happens around your browser and device, not through a remote AI detour for copied order details.
Review stays in front of you
TextsBert prepares the form. You check the form.
Submit stays manual
The product helps with filling. It does not grab the final decision.
Try the order scene
Start with a practice order before real work gets involved.
Add TextsBert first, then use the practice forms to copy an order note, Trigger Fill, and review what lands in the browser form.
